This Article is all about Set Static Home Page (Front Page) For blog in Blogger, Because, There are situations where you don’t want your front page (‘Home’) to display your latest posts and want a static page instead such as:
- You would like to create a more traditional website
- You want to use a static front page to provide background information to parents or students about the purpose of your blog. The Home page normally contains content that rarely changes and latest posts are viewed by clicking on the link to the Posts page.
SETTING UP A STATIC FRONT PAGE :
You create a static front page as follows:
1. Click the New Post icon 
2. Give the title as Home (or whatever title you like) and add the content you want displayed on the front page of your blog.
3. Then click the Permalink option on the left of the window.
4. Then Select the link address and Copy it.
5. Then after you have finished writing click Publish.
6. Go to Settings > Search preference
7. Then go to Custom Redirect under Error and rediections and click edit
4. Now Two boxes From and TO will be there,fill those boxes
From Box is your default domain like www.trixtra.com
To Box is your redirect blog web address like https://www.trixtra.com/2017/12/home.html which you copied earlier
5. Fill the boxes and click permanent and click save
The front page of your blog should contains the content that you published on your title Home ,and it will be your default webpage or home page for your domain.
This Redirect method can be applied to any other address also other than home page, and if you want to disable it, we can disable it any time.
